BGERP provides a unique growth and self-realization opportunity for experienced developers and integration consultants. Within BGERP, we call them Owners and Consultants, respectively. We have discarded traditional 'modus operandi' for software development companies and are acting as a Partnership, similarly to big Law Firms or Big Four. Partnership (Owners) scheme is also quite appealing to Creators of our modern times, allowing to work from any geographical location and within any tax jurisdiction.

Software product consists of multiple Plugins maintained by Owners. An Owner receives all the revenue for the Plugin from all the Subscriptions which include this specific Plugin. Compared to a typical application allowing 3d-party plugins, within BGERP each plugin becomes integral part of the application with their unique functionality and Plugins cannot be competing with each other.

Consultants, who support Clients, in turn, have a breadth of knowledge around how the whole system (including multiple/all Plugins) can be configured and operated. Consultant's fee is present in each the Subscriptions (in other words, Clients) he supports and this fee is also fully disbursed to the Consultant.

As one can see from this description, BGERP project itself is non-commercial, but it allows Owners and Consultants benefit from this cooperation where a sum of the core components along with Plugins allow Client to resolve specific business challenges.
